We’re delighted to partner with The Speckled Moose Food Kitchen to bring you a specially curated menu, thoughtfully paired with our finest wines for each course.
The Menu
Hors d’oeuvres: Served at 5:30 PM to kick off the evening.
Dinner Entrée Choices:
6 oz. Lemon Dill Salmon: Perfectly seared and served over a bed of couscous and carrots.
6 oz. Balsamic Glazed Chicken: Tender chicken breast stuffed with a medley of cheese, zucchini, bell peppers, and carrots, resting on aromatic jasmine rice, topped with a sweet and tangy balsamic reduction.
6 oz. Slow Roasted Sirloin: Succulent sirloin slow-cooked to perfection, complemented by a velvety wild mushroom sauce, creamy whipped potatoes, and tender-crisp green beans.
Salad Dressing Choices: French, Italian, Bleu Cheese, or Greek
Desserts: Chocolate mousse, lemon shooters, and red velvet shooters—each paired with one of our exquisite wines.
